By accessing recliq.dev or using the recliq software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

recliq is a natural language search tool for shell history, currently in development. Access is limited to waitlist participants and early testers. Features and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service. We may grant access at our discretion. You may remove yourself from the waitlist at any time by contacting hello@recliq.dev.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software.
  • Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with recliq are the property of recliq and its contributors. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our trademarks or branding.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, recliq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
